Who makes your stickers

Boat Name Stickers UK is run by The Boat Rego Stickers team, Marine vinyl sticker makers. We help boat and PWC owners order the right size, colour and style of marine vinyl stickers online, then produce them in the UK for UK-wide delivery.

We cut custom boat rego, jetski and boat name stickers from ORAFOL marine vinyl in Australia, and we publish practical guides based on real customer installs and state registration rules.

How we make your stickers

Every order is custom-cut from your design — SSR/CRT text, boat name, font and colour. We check sizes against UK marking guidance where relevant, produce pairs for both sides of the vessel, and pack with application guidance so you can install confidently.

  1. Design online — choose text, font, colour and compliant size in our designer.
  2. We check the cut — we review spacing and sizing before production.
  3. Cut from ORAFOL 751C — marine-grade vinyl cut in the UK.
  4. Weed, tape & pack — pre-spaced on application tape with a squeegee and instructions.
  5. Ship UK-wide — tracked post to your door.

Materials we use

We use German ORAFOL 751C marine-grade vinyl chosen for UK UV, salt and wash-down conditions. Stickers are proudly made for UK waters, waterproof and UV resistant when applied correctly on a suitable surface.

Honest about compliance

Marking rules differ across SSR, CRT and EA Thames. We publish size guidance so you can check character height, placement and format — and we will say when a style may not suit legal display. Always confirm with the relevant authority before relying on stickers for compliance.
